Jason Carson

     Jason Carson began his career in the L.A. studio business in 2001 after attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.  After working his way through runner, assistant and staff engineer positions at Record Plant, he settled into the Chief Engineer/Technician position in 2005.  In 2007 he was awarded a TEC award for Studio Design Project for his architect and studio design role in the remodel of SSL 1 at Record Plant.  In 2010 Jason was promoted to Operations Manager and was responsible for all aspects of Record Plant’s day to day operations, engineering, staff and finance while continuing his technical responsibilities.

     Since 2015 Jason has been working as a freelance technical consultant in the LA area.
